Community Registered Nurse Health Visiting Team

Salary: Band 5: £22,128 – £28,746

An excellent opportunity has become available to join the Isle of Wight NHS trust 0-19 service and to be part of the 0-5 Health Visiting team. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, be organised and adaptable. This opportunity would suit practitioners with current clinical experience who are interested in working within a community setting, has an experience of working with children and young families and wants to expand in a public health role.

We are looking for a flexible team player who is able to demonstrate an ability to work within a community/school setting in partnership with children, young people, families and other agencies in order to be part of our continued commitment to delivering the Healthy Child Programme.

The successful candidate will have a thorough induction with the trust and service to ensure a smooth transition in to the role. The successful candidate will also need to have access to a car for business purposes. A DBS disclosure will be required for the successful applicant.
