Overview
CMA Executive is currently partnering with Gurit and its Composite Components Division to identify a Head of Finance to join the organisation who, as part of the local leadership team, will play an important role in supporting and delivering profitable revenue growth.
This is a particularly exciting time to join the company as, following an adjustment to the business strategy, the division has benefited from significant investment in both a new production facility and new technologies. This has already paid dividends, with significant contract wins across the leading automotive OEMs.
As the Head of Finance you will report into the Group CFO, partner with the General Manager and work closely with all internal functions, providing commercial insight, rigor and challenge across all aspects of the business with a particular focus on existing and new contracts, ensuring an improved financial performance of the division.
This is a high profile and business critical role so to be successful, it is expected that you will be a graduate qualified accountant, with at least eight years post qualified experience either as a Finance Manager or Controller within a large international/matrix manufacturing (preferable automotive but not essential) organisation and keen to secure a career progressing opportunity.
