Overview
Exciting opportunity for an experienced pizza chef, happy to make authentic Italian stone baked pizzas in an open cooking environment in a busy restaurant.
Ability to make from dough, roll out, cut and creatively use paddle boards in gas fired, stone baked pizza oven.
You must work well under pressure and enjoy being front of house and multitasking at times.
Taking delivery orders, directing waiting staff and taking payments.
Full time evening hours by arrangement. Weekend working required.
Salary by negotiation. Initially for the season to the end of August.
