Overview

Analysing and solving issues , reporting to your Area Director to meet all Property Management duties whilst providing exquisite customer service and attaining your business goals . You will also work on delivering high-standards through effective time management , action planning and delivery of strategy.

Each member of the haart team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. On a daily basis, you will organise and manage your time and workload by overseeing and participating in all aspects of the property management process.

This will include client liaising, organising inventories/check-ins with haart’s industry leading technologies, deposits resolution, property visits, repairs, ensuring statute obligations are met, collection of rent, administration of new tenancies , as well as tenancy extensions . Your role is vital to the business, aiding growth to ensure properties are managed correctly and are in line with our company objectives.

Much of this role will involve driving performance, reporting on KPIs and Budget Performance whilst working alongside local branches.
