TERM-TIMES ONLY. ONE YEAR INITIALLY.

39 hours per week during term-time. Starting salary £16,526.08 per annum.
Evening, weekend and split shift working will be required.

We require energetic individuals to join our Care Team to work with young people with some complex needs in our residential houses and in the community. The successful applicants will have a flexible, enthusiastic approach and experience of working with children/young people and as part of a team.

Patient, motivated and with a good sense of humour, candidates should be caring, able to make decisions and to support the development of students’ life skills. An NVQ 3 qualification in health and social care would be desirable or a willingness to work towards this.
