This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader to help shape the future development of our 7-25 residential SEN provision. St Catherine’s aim is to support children and young people to achieve more than they ever thought possible. The trustees wish to appoint a Principal who embodies this aim and who will value and protect the many strengths of St Catherine’s. They will also have the vision and energy to drive the school in the next stage of its development.
You will be a qualified teacher, who is an experienced special school senior leader with a proven track record of leading successful change and driving new initiatives. Experience of working in a residential setting and NPQH are desirable.
